What is the CRIT-SE 2026 conference?
This is an inaugural trainee-led critical care conference bringing together clinicians from across the South East of England, including Thames Valley, Kent, Surrey & Sussex (KSS), and Wessex deaneries. The event aims to foster collaboration, share learning, and build a strong regional community within intensive care medicine.
Who can attend?
The conference is open to clinicians with an interest in critical care from Thames Valley, Kent Sussex Surrey and Wessex Deaneries, including:
-
Doctors in training (specialty trainees)
-
Consultant clinicians involved in intensive care regional education.
We particularly encourage trainee participation, but welcome attendees at all stages of their careers including Staff Specialists & Associates.

How much does it cost?
We are currently waiting on final costs but we will endeavour to heavily discount the cost of attendance and we are aiming to ensure all deaneries are happy to ensure this is covered by your local study budget allocation.
