What is the CRIT-SE 2026 conference?

This is an inaugural trainee-led critical care conference bringing together clinicians from across the South East of England, including Thames Valley, Kent, Surrey & Sussex (KSS), and Wessex deaneries. The event aims to foster collaboration, share learning, and build a strong regional community within intensive care medicine.

Who can attend this year's conference?

This year the conference is open to clinicians within critical care from Thames Valley, Kent Sussex Surrey and Wessex Deaneries, including:

  • Doctors in training (specialty trainees)

  • Consultant clinicians involved in intensive care regional education.

How much does it cost?

We have now finalised costs and this years conference has been highly subsidised through deanery and sponsor funding with each ticket costing only £110 (fully claimable via trainee study budgets).
